Safeguarding is a core responsibility.

Hope Aid 247 Foundation is committed to protecting vulnerable children, women, and communities from harm and to ensuring all interactions reflect dignity, professionalism, and care.

Our commitment

Hope Aid 247 Foundation emphasizes the prevention of exploitation, abuse and harassment, protection of children and at-risk people, survivor dignity, informed consent and confidential handling of concerns.

How to raise a concern

Do not submit sensitive safeguarding allegations, personal case information or identifying survivor details through the general enquiry or volunteer forms. A dedicated confidential online reporting system is not currently available.

For guidance on the organization's safeguarding procedure, phone 08080497129 and request to speak privately with an authorized safeguarding focal person. Do not disclose case details until you confirm the recipient is authorized. In immediate danger, contact appropriate local emergency services.

Standards and next steps

Staff and partners are expected to adhere to safeguarding standards, confidential referrals, child protection principles and non-retaliation. The foundation should publish its approved confidential reporting contacts and survivor-centred response procedures after verification.
