Information is used to respond to enquiries, volunteer and partnership applications and newsletter interest. Submissions are stored in a restricted database when the online service is configured; intended access is limited to authorized staff. A security check protects public forms against abuse.
Data retention and requests
The foundation must approve and publish a retention and deletion schedule before activating data collection. For information access, correction or deletion requests, please email hope247aid@gmail.com. Applicable record-keeping obligations may affect individual requests. We do not sell submissions.
